Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team via the help portal within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all antennas, cables, and mounting hardware included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our designated HDZero service center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
